Our Personal Training, Pilates or Pre and Post-Natal training is delivered in your home, online, local park or office at the most convenient time and location for you. We provide all of the training equipment and use innovative and fun training methods making each workout enjoyable.
One to One Personal Training
You will be put through your paces with a specifically designed and individually tailored workouts. Our personal trainers come to your home, office or we can meet you at a local park, the package includes:
One to One Personal Training sessions
Diet analysis and nutrition programme
Body composition testing
Fitness testing and monitoring
Support 7 days a week
Each session is only £60 or you can book 10 sessions for £550 (saving £50).
We recommend a minimum of two PT sessions a week to really see results.

Virtual One to One Personal Training or Pilates
You will be put through your paces in your home with a specifically designed and individually tailored workout delivered via Skype, Zoom or Face Time, each session is 45 minutes. This is ideal for those who want to maintain their fitness without leaving the comfort of their own home. The package includes:
One to One Personal Training sessions through Skype or Face Time

Support 7 days a week

One to One Pilates
Ideal for those that want to really gain the true benefits of Pilates including core strength, stress reduction and a long and lean Pilates body.
Our one to one face to face Pilates sessions are designed to teach you the very fundamental principles of Pilates including identifying and engaging your core, something that can be very difficult to achieve in large classes.
A specifically designed and individually tailored Pilates programme available for beginners to improvers, the package includes:
